So whoever commented “ stop with scare tactics”. You have some nerve speaking on the behalf of the UHC PEX Provider Advocates. Do you know the great job most of us did, the trust we built w our core and strategic providers/facilites. Do you know they will now have to endure people ( chat CS) not knowing on thing about their groups. WTF is your stupidity about. Wait watch and see the turmoil that will now spout due to some of the TOP Provider Advocates now gone. Do you think providers want to restart from scratch on some high priority issues at hand, now that their Advocate is gone. Wake up and smell the coffee. I guarantee YOU will fail being on the OPTUM side. UBH ( if that’s what your under as an advocate) has been a thorn with non responses, terrible relationships building and providers/facilities giving no direction. Next time you respond think of the people that may read it. #hopeyourjobisnowaffected
