Early career person? I was once told decades ago that is “why I did not have THE attitude yet” - by another EM person. I thought they were just not a happy person in general. Always good ranking and salary treatment……until I hit 50. Spoke to a mentor and they asked my age and replied “yeah, that’s about usually when this happens”. I was hired in the hood old days, and something’s were still known. The environment declined drastically just in the last decade. Once I left my spouse said I became a new person. Don’t sell your happiness, health and family life for a check.
