Guidance on PDC success
I was one of the employees left standing after the ROM last year. Was fortunate enough to get a long transition period and have been unsuccessful in the fall PDC (maybe due to the time I had) vs the "must moves".
In the off-cycle postings, I've been told by my PDR that I've been pretty consistently been short-listed on 80%-90% of the jobs I'd been posting for.
Ive got a cross-functional set of skills between ops and FE and hold an engineering degree and an MBA.
Is there any guidance or strategy you guys can provide for success in the next PDC as I'll be a "must move".
