i did two openings in my time, one in Fl and another in Tenn. I was choosen to go because the other department manager couldn't due to having a young child at home. Sure, it was hard work all day and I worked ten days straight (not 2-3 weeks), but the hours were 8-6 and I got paid for the two extra days. Btw, the one that couldn't go is not running a store so they didnt punish them.
