2018 revenue was 46 billion. Net income 2.9 billion. Pretty thin margin.

They did indeed. And they get to keep it. Only future unearned benefits are altered. The pension gets split into two. Grandfathered is one line, earned since harmonization is another. Nobody is clawing back the earned pension.

What’s more respectful? Shuffling him into a non-leadership role which he may find humiliating, or packaging him out? In our business unit a lot of people were offered a choice between a new role and a package. For all I know the exit might have been by choice.
