Am I to assume that on or after 2020 this will be over and the company will be satisfied? And whats with the managers threatening to lay off more people when they assume everyone is laying down on them? How would that even get productivity up? Like it or not the less people the less productive you will be, right? You cant expect to run on all 8 cylinders with 7 spark plugs.
