Can't wait to see how it happens. Maybe the company will sell off the Wireless side to someone like Google or maybe spin wireless off and hope it can stand on its own. Gonna be tough since Wireline has been paying for the wireless infrastructure for years now.
Maybe Verizon will finally get competitive and offer better deals to the user. You know...stop charging for that device fee per connection like customers should be proud to pay more for less. We will see.
Trying to remember who actually owns the bandwidth license also. It will come to me. Anyway it will be interesting as I am sure Hans has a plan. Will be even more interesting to see how Wireless, on their own, manages to pay for all those micro-cells that it will take to burn that 5G signal 3 blocks down the street. Let us hope there are no avenues with trees.
