Let's change the stream of conversation. We know that SF is systematically going through each department doing 'structure studies' expanding leader span of control to make the leadership structure 'flatter' etc etc. We know rank and file employees will have many shocks in, 2018. But let's look prepare for it. let's get that masters, systems certification, save as much as we can just in case we don't make the cut and get sent packing. Basically what can we do to get the most of SF while we can. I know it hurts. Its happening to us, but we gotta think about life outside of SF. Tipsord and Farrington have moved on, accepted that systems will be smaller, their words out their mouths. Now we have to say pluck it ducket gimme what you got so I can leave this place and land on my feet. Hub folks you may want to pay attention cause prior to the rhetoric you have heard hubs are not safe. #tryingthepositveroute
