Heads up...Just saw this job rec and it actually says in job description "Lead the globalization of our healthcare revenue cycle (RCM) business. The person in this role will be essential in hitting our goal of globalizing 1900 employees within 2026 and expedite our remaining global workforce goals for 2027."

@153 lol pretty naive to think anybody is going to stop offshoring, no matter who's in power, but you probably already knew that and just wanted to vent politically.

Makes sense. We were told by corporate any new job reqs need to be offshore resources and even then it will be hard to fund in 2026. They did the same thing when they moved utilization nurses to the Phillippines. They hired waves of people there so they could RIF Americans.
