just received word in a meeting from a very credible SVP that Tulsa’s last day will be 03/01/2026. Any finance teams will go fully remote, and any operations teams will be moved to the new NYC campus at their current salary, or be considered a voluntary termination. I don’t make the rules.

@txz one of the few moments of common sense prevailing I've seen in this place in awhile. The initiative was absurd on its face.
still open
Fake news, 2 Penn is not happening
Well what’s the update today for those of us who are still in tulsa
@11h That's a blanket statement and simply inaccurate.
@am If this isn't true than what is? Currently working in Tulsa hub. What is the plan?
Tulsa NEVER made sense compared to what was abandoned in West Texas, Indiana, Illinois, and Upstate, NY!
Update that the date is now December 19th. If it’s not bolted down start taking it home
@1b5 you know, the teams that actually fix sh-t? Any repair team is operations lol
Wtf is an operations team. The NY office only has 1000 seats anyway. That’s just the new office for hand
@am U know this is inaccurate the announcement has been made internally in RE Ops and at at Tulsa-----Tulsa like Murfreesboro, and the Alpharetta campus are a drain on our corporate bank acount --- money pits
Why send it to NYC when Hidden Ridge is about 100 miles away? I have the answer. Because it’s not true.
@am you report to someone who has to get approval from their - wait for it - SVP… for budget approvals. I heard it from the horse’s mouth. We are not the same.
Covid is back check the ny times
Stop spreading False Information
Ha Ha
from credible SVP ( Sewer Vent Pipe )
This is not true in the slightest. I report directly to the VP of GRE.
There is no SVP working on a Friday of a holiday weekend.
Tulsa never made sense.
