Capital Markets sent out a new change control policy that required acknowledging in workday. A group of people did NOT receive the policy change notice… leadership just sat on the call refusing to answer questions about why some did not get the notification and others did regardless of their role. They will not get a answer…This was no error. They will be let go in August. More cuts are coming in Capital Markets and they are deep.

@16x I know people who have been with the company 20+ years that did not get the document. Does not make sense. I heard a director express that he was trying to keep “his people” with the company…A crew of narcissistic good ole boys who lead with their ego and run off anyone with any real talent. Management is lost! The want to keep doing the same thing over and over again but expect different results…. It may have worked 20 - 30 years ago, but it does not work today!
That document is very very long. Can anyone understand it and know what to do anytime they have to make a change?
From what I’ve gathered, that policy change wasn’t received by anyone that was hired less than a year or so ago
I am another, assumed to be in the 30%.
Did not get a workday notification
Digital put on unreasonable deadlines or we're prob gone too. This company is lead by a bunch of clueless r e t a r d s. C levels are id--ts with id--ts at the helm in middle management. I'm ready to walk but I'll watch it burn at this point.
@OP anyone from GbS&Ss can confirm to have gotten the thing on workday?
@aw yes!
Leadership being okay with roughly 30% of the group not receiving or acknowledging the policy change is concerning! Have you observed how bat-sh-t crazy they have been about putting this in place. Someone made a mistake and no one cares to correct it… the writing is on the wall.
@aw same situation here and I’m in AF - we were just moved to capital markets. I’m skeptical of this though. Will report back if I’m canned.
@OP i am in capital markets and did not get anything to accept in Workday. So im probably a goner soon?
