Thread regarding Fidelity National Information Services Inc. layoffs

The future forward

When more value is placed on ex consultants with zero real world experience over those that are tenured, tested and tenacious. The result will become apparent, but will create such a vacuum of exiting talent, it will be irreparable. What’s not being planed for is the talent magnet impact. When good people are pushed out, and succeed in their next chapter, who do you think they will draft? Talent follows talent. It will take time for the current to settle, however once it does, regret and repair will be all that is left. McKinsey can’t fix stupid.

@19a They seriously need to look at "Agile Coaches" who no longer serve any purpose since McKinsey stepped in. At least as Scrum Masters, they served a purpose by leading meetings, connecting teams, unblocking blockers, etc. Now they MAY join a call on mute but that's it. They aren't helping or "coaching" anyone. Heck, even some RTEs should be reviewed.
