Who is going to be leading the new Medicare segment for HCSC?

Not sure where where people get their info. We have way more than 2 VPs in Medicare. We are wildly top heavy. Band 7 HR person, Band 7 Operations lead, six Band 6 IT leads, sixteen Band 6s under Derosa, Band 7 Finance lead. We're coming into HCSC with tons of unneeded leadership to purge.
I also don’t think the director comment is entirely accurate. Medicare D&A just got rebranded from Evernorth to CignaHealthcare domains effective yesterday I presume to make the switch to HCSC a bit smoother. This includes director and above people.
I’m still riding it out on my team personally but whether that is worth it is very dependent on your own situation and is a gamble for everyone. The job market is atrocious, but I am casually browsing.
I am sure the leadership going over to HCSC from here are getting paid an obscene amount of money to do so. Why won't they go?
They are getting rid of Cigna appeals/Grievance team or the HCSC GAD dept?
@1ady+1uEd8iYZ I think this is wrong. There are 2 VPs over Medicare right now and my understanding is they are both going, as well as the person they report up to.
I don't know, but I do know is their is a sharp increase of Cigna MA employees leaving these past few weeks. Each time someone leaves, it increases the workload of others. I was considering riding it out, but not anymore. Adding more responsibilites with no extra pay is a warning sign.
HCSC will be. Director level down will transfer over. Anyone director level or above will either go back to Cigna or be position eliminated. The VPs both already left and were replaced with interim VP. So director down Cigna. Above director will be HCSC. They’re going to be getting rid of the Appeals Department and Grievance department and hiring all fresh because of audit results.
