yes, I’m one of them after next Feb 😀
They hired ~3.5% too many people in 2021/2022, so reduction is need.
Once employees see lack of raises and bonuses they will get there.
No layoffs, just natural attrition.
- 9% is not cutting employees. 1.9% is just not filling open positions.
