Worry not what the Union might or might not do.
Do not concern yourself with such trivial things. You are Non Bargained "management" and as such you are above those lowly Union Slugs, they cannot effect you in any way.

I enjoy reading how the non bargained have such vitriol and complain about the bargained for employees.
You can learn a lot about someone when you listen to what they complain about.

The Mayflies are active tonight.
They are scared.
They are concerned.
They get sauced up and vent.
They know their time is short.
They think if they disparage the Union work force, it will save them. It will not.
AT&T is right sizing the company and if you don't physically work on the network, you will be gone soon.
