Ford’s Silence on Roz Ho Departure

Word on the grapevine is Roz decided to leave Ford. How come no announcements were made ? Her profile on the Ford website has been quietly scrubbed. Is Ford embarrassed ?

Farley has FAILED, Before him, Hackett also FAILED. C - SUITE is filled with fakes and incompetence. Field, Lo, Lawler, etc etc. AV FAILED, EV FAILED, MCS FAILED, CANOPY FAILED, FORD NEXT FAILED, D-FORD EPIC FAIL. You get the idea.
FARLEY AND BF MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND ELIMINATED.
Lawler's. team have desperately been playing and begging Wall Street for time before the stock gets trashed ( AGAIN ). Prepare everyone it's going to get very very ugly, with sales of F series stalled, Ford's profits are about to go down the toilet while other OEMs have double digit gains. Even suppliers are running from Ford, knowing they arent getting paid. Target all the hires starting from Hackett the CLOWN'S short time and start to clean this mess up. Terminate D Field, shut down Palo Alto and get back to building quality affordable vehicles people want. Finally, its time to clean house at the Design Studios, for those that have access, take a walk through, nothing but garbage, especially Lincoln. The Schwarzenegger imposter needs to be terminated ASAP.

Careers are going to be a lot longer than 30 years if the Conservatives get their way.

They want to take away our Social Security - that we already paid into - and force us all to work until we are in our 70s. They want us to work until we drop!

Not them, of course. They get to retire on Easy Street when they're still young enough to enjoy it. And all their supporters will defend them!

@1qje+1rMPIkmI Great point.

Bring back the Taurus. Nothing fancy just a good reliable family car.

@1auj+1rMPIkmI: No one can argue with your statement! We see it every day (save a penny now, pay $$ later).

@1lmh, I was in software for a couple of years at Ford but left, I figure my career is only 30 years and I didn’t have time to wait for Ford to make a quality car to run my code on.

Slag on the Silicon Valley guys all you want, Ford’s problems are with the Luddite’s who design the basic car and still spend there weeks finding cheaper cr-p parts so they can save $0.05 on every Escape they build. Only to have them come back 2 years later in the unending recalls.

All Ford has to do is make reliable affordable vehicles. Stop the car is an iPhone BS. Just copy Toyota. But they need to dump JF and retire BF

Love it when F touts these Silicon Valley hires with years of software development....they soon realize as I am sure Roz Ho did that you gotta make a good car first, then work on software second. If you can't make a good product, then no amount of software will help.

quote: "If I don’t survive this round of layoffs the number will be down to 87.

Who am I…..?"

question 1: are you an animal, or vegetable?
question 2: warm blooded, or cold blooded, or no blood?

oh, sorry wrong site... I thought you were playing 20 question.
but all since I ask, you must be a useless vegetable if you're the top 90 exec.
you either cold blooded or no blood since again you're top 90 exec.
you must be doug field or jim farley

@gha+1rMPIkmI, is RB gone for sure? If so, it is about time.

This guy hated PD, hated IT, hated anyone who disagreed with him. Good luck to the next company that hires him!!

Rob Ho barely lasted a year. They don’t like to publicize when they admit to the press that they made a bad hire. At least a dozen more “executives” to go, including three CEOs who aren’t performing to expectations.

@ppg+1rMPIkmI - Too many junk hires. Remember the last CFO? Every time I go to a meeting at WHQ, he would be out in the front lawn with his dog!

All those hires are JF's choice.

I'll miss her vacation summaries for sure - who the he-l cares where she went or did. You are employed to work. She was truly incompetent and how she got to such a poistion is beyond me.

RH is on permanent leave. There is no degree of permanence, it means she isn’t coming back. She couldn’t work with her org, they didn’t respect her and refused to ever give her straight answers to her questions. Many I talked to also hated that she would spend most of her Q&A time talking about her masks.

Not a rumor, both RB and RH left. RH is on leave, officially.

Ford also doesn't list Josh Halliburton, who was supposed to use his JD Power expertise to create nifty Excel files of Ford quality issues.

There’s been a few others, last I looked a while back we had 93 “executives” listed, it’s down to 88. Not sure who else quietly departed.

Integrated services and model e are the most top heavy, un-scrappy teams at Ford… wouldn’t surprise me if it was cost related
