Does anyone have examples of issues with quality of staff at KL? Chemical Engineer who was looking at a product tank with a level on it and saying the contents were a gas.
I still struggle with the fact decent engineers were laid off and replaced by KLTC engineers.
Over the past few months there have been some ridiculous examples where KLTC engineers around me still don’t grasp basic engineering/ physics.
It’s like they have just been trained to look at charts and say if we are in OE or not. If you ask for some solutions they can’t suggest anything despite hours of support from site staff. Im starting to feel like it’s not training and perhaps a general intelligence issue?
I think it could have worked asking KLTC to generate monitoring reports but replacing site engineers is a step too far.
