Banks Run Away!

If you know what is good for your bank, Fiserv is not for you. Solid customer service/sales/developers staff are leaving or forced to leave. Just for carving up the company and filling Frankie's wallet. At least if you're looking for a solid, dependable products, run somewhere else.

The company is a mess.

Too bad there won't be anyone left to onboard the new clients.

Funny Fiserv has won more core biz the past 12mos than our competitors. Why do you root against your own team?/

I left Fiserv several years ago but remain in the banking sector providing other services to banks. Virtually all of my clients that are processed by Fiserv are developing exit strategies now in the event it turns bad. Fiserv’s competition is very active developing prospects. Too bad for many that some banks have several years left under their contract. I know of some banks that have left or are in the process of leaving for issues that have occurred over the past couple of years. Not because of anticipated issues. If that occurs, watch out, the door won’t nearly be wide enough.

It may be true that jy didn't give a darn about our customers, but some of our cores have lost support and developers. There will not be any development on their products. Fiserv will just take the money and push the clients to move to the two dominant products. Then once the majority of customers have moved to other products or lost to competitors, Fiserv will shut down that core.

In this dude's fantasy land, banks praise Fiserv for frequent and extended outages brought by attrition, rifs, and negligence from Frank.

Quite the opposite. Banks are praising Frank for restoring a focus on them vs the OFSV under jy who didn’t give a darn.
