The criterion for upward mobility is blinded as for an IT PMTS and IT DMTS.
Anyhow, moving forward there won't be any more IT promotions due to the aggressive cost-cutting and reduction of VZ employees.
The wrong individuals got promoted because management is blinded.
This is not true for VZ technical engineers(not h1b here)...you got to be Wh/blk for promotion without actual work done and by just keep crying as baby ...o..too much work singing song and keep taking all about except actual project tasks...to get Principal or Distinguished engineer.
