Executive Compensation

What’s the difference between executive and MPT compensation? e.g. what changes between CL29 and CL30?

Execs get their own boot cleaner, free gasoline for life, their own mansion in Beverley hills, two Lambos, four wives, three million a week, a private jet, ownership of their favourite sports team, and a 2% pay rise every year.

@1bxx+1usNfbJe False... You have to get permission to retire if you're a senior executive only (35+). 30 - 34 can go whenever they want

I forgot to add (first poster) you have to get permission to retire once you’re an executive. I’ve heard a handful of stories of executives who just wanted to get out and were phoning it in because somebody upline wouldn’t let them leave yet.

There's a ~million dollar rsu package that gets thrown at you in an attempt to retain you for the rest of your career.

From what I’ve heard you start to get a significant amount of your compensation from variable pay. I’ve also heard it’s better to retire as a CL29 technical person than a CL30, simply because of how you’ll be treated in the executive assessment group.
