@1cgd. Yes. There is some nice looking sh1t walking around the campus. You gotta believe they're giving some of that up to get ahead in that cutthroat ranking environment. If I was sitting on that sh1t I'd give it up in a heartbeat.

This post is a "damage control" attempt.

@OP I challenge you to explain why are you asking this? Is this your EM version of some family card game?

WHY in the FK do you FKing care????

This post is a damage control distraction decoy to deviate attention from the real issues and prevent prospective hires from learning how FKd up is this company.

Please don't waste your time responding to HR or brown-nosers policing this site.

The “scenery” at the Spring campus. The ONLY thing I miss about that place.

The lack of trash cans at desks. It’s built in exercise into my workday. So glad EM cares about its employees’ cardio health!

I heard the BBQ place gives you a reach with purchase. Makes sense with those prices

My best small non-compensatiating joy being in this golden cradle?
Being included in the big picture when management speaks out:

An Exxon spokesperson said: “We have supported the Paris agreement from its start in 2015 and continue to support the US government’s participation in the framework. The selective publication of dated emails, without context, is a deliberate attempt to generate a narrative that does not reflect the commitment of ExxonMobil –
* and its employees*, to address climate change and play a leading role in the transition to a net zero future.”

Note the starred section above - that's ME!!!

If you think any prez controls the stock market, then you’re the dummy.

The BIG lump sum pension. Rolled it into Common Assets. Vote out the current dummy Prez then see the stock market roll to a 50% gain in 2024.

@txk You sir/madam/LGBTQRXYZ are a genius for coming up with a totally "out of the box" idea (Elimination of FU--Y & retain experienced talent) that can be implemented across any company that wants to get rid of the political Bull shine and return to the days of "winning." Just think about the "Win-Win"

I loved WFH without nobody caring for me and specially my 1-4pm afternoon naps.
Moved to another company, this perk is no more.

As a supervisor, my favorite perk is the cash I receive under the desk to keep your name off the PIP list or to put someone's name on the list, depending on your needs.

My recommendation for the "favorite EM Perk" would be getting rid of Fuglys and hiring hot young interns to retain the experienced geysers and keep everyone motivated!

Bonuses for everyone and stock options for all.

Pay raises that more than keep up with inflation.

Free food in cafeteria.

Mileage reimbursement for using my personal car at site daily.

Equal treatment of all employees no matter race, gender, or orientation.

Oops, wrong company, disregard all those.

Expat pay and allowances. It's been revised down a bit, but, still the best deal in the Company. The best part is doing real work with immediate contributions can be professionally satisfying. I spent a few months at Greenspoint and again at Spring campus. What a boring no value place. Just a lot of people piling on the real work and spinning it as their own. Not much impact from them comes our way Glad it's changing soon.
