@1fwz

How quickly the millennials forget banking a few K every month with no transportation expenses and double dipping part time jobs throughout COVID.

@1blf

The sheer fragility of GenX, GenZ and millennials is frightening for this country.

How long until 42 responds to himself fixing that spelling error?

@1yux Exactly!! And parking and other commuter costs are crazy expensive. I was hired during COVID, accepted a salary based on working remotely, then forced to come in 3x a week was multiple thousands of dollars in salary reduction, and at a time when inflation is already high. It’s too much, and for what purpose??? Mr 42, shut the he-l up. How much was parking in the 80’s when you actually worked? Like $1/day?

Paying to park is “not normal” if you were hired at a location with free parking & now forced to commute further & now pay to park - it’s a financial hit Robin jr

Paying for parking is utterly normal and has been since the 1930s. These are the sort of complaints you see when there really aren’t any significant layoffs. This is life with millennials… sigh

There are some that were transferred to 240 G. Others in Jersey City. from what I can see most are not happy with their new location.

@1chc no, we all essentially got pay cuts as we now have to pay for parking or mass transit to go to Jersey City. Building is empty and unsold & will probably stay that way for a very long time. Any savings they may have envisioned on property taxes ain’t happening anytime soon!

Did everyone within 50 miles of 240G have to transfer there or (for now) are they allowed to work from home (until they’re not)?

All employees are out. I don’t know if it’s sold or not but there are no employees there anymore.
