Does anyone know what the severance policy is? It used to be in the HR site, but it seems to be gone.

The amount of severance depends on level and tenure. When I was laid off I got three months or so severance (grade 16); 4.5 years tenure; people at grade 17 got 6 months if memory serves.
It’s on the My Total Rewards site because it’s technically a benefit (like an insurance policy).
@1cpi+1rYU2lud Don't certain grades get a minimum of 14 weeks? I remember seeing that number for Grade 14 above on the severance article before they deleted it.
I believe it’s 1 week for every yr of service up to 15 yrs. For 15 yrs+, it’s 2 weeks for every yr of service
