What stood out to me was when SU said, “the next few months” when alluding to RIFs. Looks like they do indeed plan to go past February.

How great if some of the Brand Design Ops fat in NA was trimmed. Layers upon layers of producers, coordinators, studio managers, “process improvers”, ops directors… good luck to you… a reduction in force is long overdue. NA is no longer immune.

Had the same thought. Though during CDA, the aftermath meant months of transition, so not sure if it maybe that was what he meant? Feb layoffs, March/April transition to new org/roles/etc.
