Some companies are telling associates they can work from anywhere the last 2 weeks of the year. Seems like BofA would follow suit since they like to brag about their “great” employee perks..

Yes, the communication went out to the managers. If you didn’t get the news then blame them.
Sorry, there is no Award to be won by doing that, so the bank will not consider. It is all about the publicity as you already know.
BOA has given clear direction to all employees that you can work from anywhere. You have several choices. You can choose from any open space seating available, you can choose any office that doesn't have a name plate, right now it is a little cold but come spring and summer the loading dock is shady with a breeze. I suggest staying upwind of the dumpsters.

The company is not monitoring the last two weeks of the year. There was even an emai on it. Also, they didn’t monitor thanksgiving week.
Anybody told they can WFH the rest of the year will find their badges and logins don't work on Jan 2, 2024...
That’s a bunch of bunk. This place claims to be a great place to work with Flagscape full of the same fake smiling people. Kiss ups. They do NOT care about you. In regards to RTO I did my homework and provided facts, figures and data to support my request to stay WFM to a Manager. Big deal. Nope. Instead I was asked what I did at the same company, BOA before they redeployed me here. I was brought in to work from home BEFOE the pandamic because they closed our facility. Seriously?! Ok, played the game, facts, figures. Did it matter? NOPE. So I exited the webex abruptly, jumped on Flagscape and put in to retire from the bank. Not old enough for SS, but with Rule of 60 - I’m out. My choice. I can not take it anymore.

I have been working from anywhere since Covid. Sold my house in 2020 and have traveled all over. My boss zoomed me about it once after all the RTO BS, but I just told him I would come in next week, then did not come in. A couple of months later he asked me something about RTO and I just told him I forgot. I'm staying outside Amsterdam right now.
Put it in next year's ESAT comments. That seems something the bank might be open in doing if there are enough people that ask for it.
