Another Big structure change happening this June. Going back to separate front and pharmacy managers. All pharmacist DLS will have pharmacy only, and non pharmacist will be front store only

Makes sense and they could make districts biggest so they would have less districts. Before DL and Rx Sup both made well over 100k. Now DL makes big bucks and FS DL (who would report to Rx DL) would make under 100k

How does this make sense. People just like to believe rumors but aren’t smart enough to peel back if this even makes financial or business logic.
@1ejk+1fiRITYp That makes sense. So now the Dssm's can be promoted to FS DL, and WeCare Pharmacist can be RX DL. Surprised that they are reversing course on the whole one DL runs everything idea. It sure seems like going back to the old way, will be a big hit on payroll, which of course knowing CVS, they'll just cut hours to pay for this.
Are wecare pharmacists becoming a permanent role?
Confirmed true!! ! Headcount will be coming from corporate office. I heard they have taken every DLs DNA and will be replicating them in a lab in Rhode Island. They used extensive movie experience from Jurassic Park movies to make this happen! The future is bright x 2! Be on the lookout for DL clones coming to your district soon.
Lol you fellas believe anything anyone writes on here.
This is confirmed BS. Thanks
Headcount is coming from DSSMs and wecare pharmacist.
Original people that made decision to create DLS have all left the company. Now it’s Karen, Prem, Michelle
Where‘s this headcount coming from? We can’t fill DL spots as it is and we’ve lost a significant number of non-licensed field leaders in the past 4 years... we can’t fill the jobs we have, so let’s create more? Makes sense.
Very interesting indeed! Kinda makes corporate's decision to put both sides under 1 DL look bad!
DVPs signed NDAs. RDs are confirming something similar.
