I remember not that long ago it was the Branch Covidians that wouldn't stop harassing us. "Join our cult. Take our experimental injection. Just a little gene therapy and you can be transhumanist like we". HR was all in on that one. They were the ones showing you the door if you didn't comply. Fortunately those fruitcakes crawled back into their hole. We don't hear much from them anymore...until the next time.
In my case it was the HR rep that only would send me college resumes from Brigham Young, and 2/3's of each resume was devoted to church activities. When I challenged this I was told "why can't you just hire them". Then when I asked to see student resumes from other schools (or at least one that had their coursework) I was told that I would have to reach out to the schools myself.
That was Phx engines HR. Or at least whomever they contracted to do the recruiting at the time.
I have a few stories along these lines.
Espically because I look like I am from Utah, so it definitely made some put their guard down discussing this stuff around me.
At least Amway isn't in the picture anymore. Back in the 90's, those guys used to be a real hassle. Talk about a religon!
Dont forget that complaining to HR gets both the harasser and the Harassed fired. One is a jerk and the other a whiner likely to file a law suit in future.
Are you talking about the religion Honeywell peddles? Diversity and Inclusion? Pronoun adoration? Mandatory indoctrination like "unconscious bias training"? You should be more specific. If it is a Christian, white, heteros-xual male harassing you I'm sure Honeywell will crack down immediately. Most any other, I doubt it.
No. It is not harassment, rather it is now considered mandatory training. And you will like, accept and internalize it. If not, you will be deemed an enemy of the new order and treated as any other malcontent and dealt with appropriately. Please read the latest version of the Oxford dictionary describing the 47 new pronouns, reciting them before bedtime each night until they become second nature.

I’m being harassed daily with the woke ideology that this company is shoving down our throats.
Got to be honest, I have a very woke manager who is constantly pushing his beliefs (whatever new he reads online) onto us. I am not indoctrinated into the engineered American tribal cults of left and right and I find it very, very tiring. It is not harassment but it is tedious and uncomfortable.
I hope any harrasing employee can be let go after it's been brought up to HR and it doesn't stop. I assume it's the same with any group you consider a fruitcake. We all know there is a growing number of fruitcake groups.
