Anyone else get the HCL Bonus?
In recognition of HCL hitting 10B in revenue they gave all employees 10 days of salary as a bonus on their pay.
They also do performance reviews and raises. Seems to be better working for HCL than Xerox at this point, assuming you don't get laid off.

I can't believe they give these mo--ns a raise.
Bad enough you have to literally explain things 15 times in order for the CSR to understand
I believe Xerox cancelled all raises and gave everyone a 1% bonus.
They make $120 a week not $15.
1plb - That’s not what the people told me about increasing hours. They said they were told to stop asking as they weren’t going to increase the hours. The people pleaded for help and they were ignored. And then they were laid off. Seems like it was all planned in order to cut costs.

That was the directive of Xerox not HCL
Remember that HCL has to follow what Xerox tells them as even though you get paid by HCL, they bill Xerox....Xerox said cut their hours.....HCL pleaded to get people back full time and had to make business cases to Xerox

Interesting how they had money to provide bonuses yet there wasn’t any money last summer to fully pay the HCL people that support me. They all had to take a 30% pay cut and then as a further reward, they will all laid off. Sick company.

When your making 15 dollars a week in India it's pretty easy to give 10 days salary as a bonus!!
