General feel of the Clearwater Site as a whole? Seems like a lot of work, little support, and it keeps piling on...

Great place to work if you find the right manager
@ 1fnw - lol. Pointing out the fake woke diversity agenda.
Of course it is important to be inclusive when arming the world. For sure include at least three people from countries who build replicas of your military bases in the desert and bo-b them with stolen technology.
Clearwater has lots of different businesses here and all of them waiting to dump the responsibility on you. Most talent leaving. Upper managers rather hear from interns than engineers. Direct managers are weak and rather sit and roll over, speak, lay for their manager...than get the job done. There's the disconnect..I thought we made product, but we just bill hours for share holders.
Is someone who takes his/her freedom for granted. Shameful.
@1fnw - if you morally object to the products being produced why the Heck are you working here?
That is hypocrisy at its highest.
You think if we lay down all our weapons the world will change and all will be peaceful?
Either you're looking for reactions or is truly naive. Kinda hope you're looking for reactions because I understand that (guilty of that myself once or twice).
Back to the OP more products will transition to Clearwater
2nd the toilet comment. A pit of bad corporate politics and games. Broken processes dressed up like pretty substitutes for experience. We don't want to keep people. Broken managers salivating to show their boss how great their thing is, but just a show. They'll stand on you for nothing while ignoring real need.
Making weapons of mass destruction is as popular and profitable as ever.
Lets brag about valuing everyone with “diversity and inclusion” while working overtime to deliver weapons that are being launched to ki-l humans right this very minute.
Leaders here consistently fail to meet the exceedingly low standards they set for themselves.
If salaries have to go up and promotions have to happen to keep the doors open .. how do you pay for it?
If you knew there was a census cut planned for Q1 2023 to offset the higher than average compensation packages what would you do?
How about demanding work acceleration to lesson the blow? Pull labor dependent revenue ahead six months so that you flatten the curve when the census cut occurs?
Just wondering what you would do iff
That place is a toilet waiting to be flushed
