I’m hearing end of October. 10% company wide? Can anyone confim or have any details on this?

I'm hearing 35% - 40% will be cut. But to be honest, those voices in my head a rarely right.
I agree with Oct 26th. Over the last couple of years the impacted employees were notified on the last Thursday of October. I was impacted once, and fortunate enough to find another role. I feel certain my org will be impacted again.
I sure hope not. I make an outstanding salary but have zero skillset. I don’t really want to get into politics for a living.
You all forget we are also customers have friends and family that are customers what do you think will happen if you continue to mistreat and lie to employees and still expect us to be loyal?
I know a Director who is putting together his list of who he has to cut.
Mtgs are ongoing in our location behind closed doors. High importance.
Use RTO to force people out - much cheaper than any RIFF.

I had two calls recently where they were really pushing how great it is that VZ is mostly hybrid with few days in the office while many companys are RTO full time or much more often than us.
I think they are going to try to milk that a bit longer at least in some of VZ.
There are RIFs every month. 10%? Negative.
Rumor is that an announcement will be made soon about RTO that will take effect in Jan.
Assuming that Management enforces the RTO policy there will be employees that decide to leave their job instead of returning to the office.
I would hope that the next RIF would be after the RTO.
