I do not think you understand what free speech is my friend. This is a message board run by a PRIVATE ORGANIZATION.

@2jj - totally agree on deletion of comments on this thread. Wow. Lots of censoring if you get out of line and say the wrong thing. Free speech suppressed big time! Who'd thought it would come to this but it's trending to get worse. Let's see how long this comment lasts online.

Adverse vaccine reactions: damn near zero effectively.

Actual deaths from COVID: >800,000

Thanks for playing

@1ucx How many people do you think are still dealing with adverse reactions from the vaccine? I can guarantee you it is not zero. There are people at this company dealing with that as well.

“What are side effects of those 5 shots combined”? Most likely nothing. Our bodies are constantly being exposed to different viruses and making antibodies to fight them off. Just because it is man made, does not mean it is any different than a “normal” task for your immune system. Get over it, get vaccinated, and lets put this damn pandemic behind us. My god, and the right wingers complain about snowflakes!

@frw, yes indeed, and also for the smokers and overweight people as they are clogging the hospitals up even more, since omicron for everyone else is mild.

SCOTUS Is ruling on “if the feds can mandate companies to require” and not on the question “of if companies can require” … because it is settled law that companies can require vaccines. It is also far from clear that SCOTUS will side with the anti vac on this, given the long history of the government mandating childhood vaccines and also, going back further, quarantines of infected by turbucosis, lepercy, etc. SCOTUS also has to consider if it is really a good idea to tie governments hands if something really nasty hits our shore: abola anyone?

@1gaj BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA do you not have children? Are you not in the military? Have you never seen the vax schedule of children? Have you never traveled overseas where you need 3+ shots at once? Gtfoh. There are people at chevron who STILL are suffering effects from COVID even after recovering. Vaccines don’t have long term side effects. Might want to go to an actual doctor to get some info and learn.

So Pfizer announced today they will have their Omicron specific vaccine out in March. So wonder if we all, plus our young children, will be required for compliance, to have our double vaccination, plus booster, plus Omicron vaccine, plus don't forget the Flu shot. Yeah, that will finally bring cases down to zero, right. What are side effects of those 5 shots combined in each different individual's body? Keep your eyes wide open. This would have been unthinkable in 2019.

What is the goal of mandate or test?
If it’s to reduce the likelihood of someone spreading Covid at the office, then why not test everyone?

Can’t wait for the Supreme Court ruling on this. We will quickly find out that the federal government has no control over this matter. How do we know this. Well your president has already stated it’s a state issue not a federal issue even though he is still trying to push vax / mask mandates.

Don't take away my freedom! I love American Freedom! Its where a company can't tell you what to do in regards to a vaccine or wearing a mask but we fight hard to make sure a company can control every other aspect of our lives! A company wants you to come into work on your wedding day? Absolutely, thats freedom! Company wants you to work when you are sick? Heck yes, thats freedom! Miss major moments in your family life to get that job dun? Now thats true freedom! Make me take a vaccine or wear a mask? Heck no thats co---e authoritarian stuff we have got to fight! No regulation of companies unless its regarding vaccines and masks! Freedom!!!!!!! 'Murica!!!!!!

Along the same lines as the absolute violation of our rights, being required to do a weekly swab test, is what’s happening with our armed forces. Recently over 200 marines were dismissed for refusing the COVID vaccine. I stand with those marines who have no problem with all the other vaccines they’re mandated to have, but for some reason choose this to be the hill they die on. In the same way that those marines get freedom of choice on whether to follow orders in combat, they should have absolute choice on the science behind vaccination during a global pandemic. SOME PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND AMERICA FREEDOM.

I can’t wait until Tedward Cruz and the GOP-SCOTUS make it illegal to mandate the polio vaccine for school age children. If you disagree with me you don’t understand FREEDOM.

At least the vaccinated are doing something to try to help with this. There are definitely break through cases but 85% of the hospitalized cases are once again unvaccinated. They know they could help by getting vaccinated or at least wear a mask but many do not even do that. If they aren't sent to the back of the line for not remotely trying to help and be responsible then at the very least insurance should not pay for their care since the vaccinated are going to have to pay their costs ultimately with higher premiums.

Obese and heart attack patients aren’t filling up our hospitals and delaying surgeries dum dum. Also they’re not contagious 🤦‍♂️

@san Should we also stop medically treating the obese, since they have chosen that life style and now have heart and other issues? What about smokers, should we also stop giving them medical treatment for lung cancer? Almost all cases right now are break through that have been spread through families of full vaccinated, so please remind me why we should mandate the vaccine and how are masking the unvaccinated is going to help.

There should be special field hospitals for the unvaccinated so they don’t disrupt the normal medical care for the rest of us.

@san. Yes! Literally, the unvaccinated do not want anyone, specifically the government, protecting them!
Speaking of heart attacks, why are so many young athletes dropping dead from heart attacks?!
If unvaccinated should go to the back of the hospital line if they need to be treated for Covid. Should you go to the back of the line if you have a heart attack after your 4th booster?

Don’t you see how this is driving division?! Creating different classes of citizens who get treated differently? Over what? A vaccine that does not prevent infection or spread?

I agree! I never want to here a red-neck say "A company can do what it wants. No regulation!" BS again. The outcry of red-necks wanting to stop companies from being able to set policies they don't like forever rips that away from them unless they want to continue to be hypocrits.

At this point the unvaccinated are on their own and no one should worry about protecting them. They have made their choice and if they get seriously ill its sad but their own fault. Seen it myself many times. If they start clogging the hospitals they need to go to the back of the line if people come in with heart attacks and things like that. The vaccine isn't 100% but it lessons your symptoms.

If people are so against a company mandating a vaccine mandate or testing then i guess they are also against companies requiring unpaid overtime, no paid leave and things like that. I don't know how many times I've heard if you don't like what a company wants then you can just leave! They can do what they want. Seems like a lot of hypocrisy here. Im cool with companies being gods until it wants me to do something I don't like. Then I'll jump up and down and run to people like Ted Cruz to demand them regulate the companies to stop it. Right after that it will become no regulations again!

With Deltacron variant now discovered, you can push RTW out until July/August. Oh and you can also sleep well knowing SCOTUS is going to strike this gross overreach of government power down. There will not be any federal test mandate, period.

Post ID: @mlb+1eJuf72M

The SCOTUS needs to shut this down! Why divide people over a vaccine that doesn’t prevent transmission?
If vaccinated people can have reduced symptoms, they might unknowingly be bringing the virus to the office. It would make more sense to test everyone.

Oh @qsm, you don’t seem to give much thought before you post. Companies may indeed have policies it can impose on its employees, but if you stay tuned to the news, the SCOTUS will soon be pointing out the very reasons why a company won’t and can’t mandate vaccinations, testing or masking to only a select group of employees.
