Anyone knows what is the compensation if not taking the VSP but get lay off later?
@1gls+1u55VyiC I don't know what area you're in, but my role is the same whether the company makes electric cars, paper airplanes or mopeds
Regardless in you taking it or not, plan to leave.
Looking at the products we will need new job soon anyways.
