If you think about it. FB wants people to go to Jersey because they are despirate for a job, and he knows that he can brow beat you into anything. If you want to get put in a bad position or a position of less power. Move for Fiserv to Jersey, but i would recommend you think twice unless you like being someone chew toy for the Fiserv C level.

I too cannot see the logic that physical location (we should all know that one very well from over the past 2 years) has anything to do with group productivity. In general, we all go to work, get coffee, eat, turn on the computer and start typing - if only to make Sapience happy. Now WHERE does New Jersey make this a superior option? I don't see it. What does that mean? What will you do in Jersey you couldn't do in Ohio? There were several groups in Dublin. Which one is moving to Jersey? If you are a former Checkfree employee that worked in Dublin from that time, you are a fool to move to Jersey for Fiserv given all we've see since the First Data takeover. I wouldn't move across the street for Fiserv.
