Life is too short to complain. I completely understand folks that don't like RTO. Do yourself a favor and quit instead of complaining here.
Coming in, swiping and leaving in a few hours is a ridiculous way to live your life. There are plenty of companies who have fully embraced remote work. You'll most likely make more money and be happier there.

Do you know the level of deranged you have to be to be upset at people complaining about their work conditions? Especially on the grounds that the change is purely bullsh-t and a tactic to get people to quit. Like the entire thing is disingenuous in nature and in their practice by coupling this with layoffs and the strict enforcement. . Like you’re not even supporting a policy that’ll hold in perhaps the next 2-5 years🤣. But you’ll probably be somebody’s director cause you’re the perfect doormat for VPs to wipe their shoes on and make do their dirty work, so I doubt you care . Please wipe the sh-t off your face before you reply next time you’re making the place smell

If you don’t like it you should leave. Read all of this and ask yourself if you sound entitled! If it’s so awful I’m curious why those that don’t want to be in the office are staying. I’m envisioning toddlers throwing a tantrum…..but you are all adults. Pouting because you have to come into an office! Pretty pathetic! Do everyone a favor and go find a job that provides you all of the luxuries that you think you are entitled to…….oh wait……you can’t find a job that offers that?? Interesting! Do everyone a favor and get over yourself or move along.

Is it just me or did their managers’ enforce like 8-9am in work and out by 4 hard today. I go days without seeing my director in work and were were told they wouldn’t stress it but today it was like they were told this new normal will be forced compliance make sure they’re in a seat even if your whole team can’t physically fit in it

Coworker had to literally go through HR to leave early to pick up their kid from school because of lack of buses. Some managers are taking the rules way too literally and it’s ten times worse than before Covid. That’s the issue most are having.
There really needs to be discussions across the board as I feel this rollout will be as bad as the hybrid.
