They said mid-August, but I haven’t received anything yet. I’m wondering if this means I’m not getting a buyout offer?

@1qsx+1u4ur5Ys right... they are giving raises in October because their short term goal is to get rid of everyone who doesn't take the VSP, but they will go through the process of restructuring all of our pay first, for absolutely no reason. Is the tin foil hat glued on your head?

@1qsx+1u4ur5Ys - There is no saving anyone else's job. All USA employees will be gone. If not now, later this year. If not later this year, then next year.
At least some are offered a VSP. Look at what GM just did today. Terrible news all around.
@1jdm+1u4ur5Ys when are these obvious lies going to stop? Trying to scare more people into taking the VSP to save your own job is kind of gross. And that's obviously what a lot of people on here are doing.
The have been delivered to inboxes. I would urge everyone offered to strongly consider taking it. There are no numbers they have in mind, it is all USA employees that they want gone over a short period of time. Not everyone that rejects this will get ISP but many will, and more late 2024, and even more early 2025. The goal is to remove employee pay from the company.
