I have the complete list. If you send me 5 bills via paypal I can confirm if you're or not on the list. To be taken off, it will cost you another 10 bills. To add you, it's just 3 bills.

I’ve heard this mentioned a couple of times, but no one is able to provide the actual software.

It sounds like some teams are receiving assurances that they won't be impacted, which suggests that the list is either finalized or nearly complete. With bonuses needing to be settled by the end of the week, it wouldn't make sense to assign a high IPF to someone who is being laid off. In other words, the list is likely to be finalized by the end of the week, with September mostly involving procedural steps and perhaps a few minor adjustments.

How can I signal that I’m interested in being on that list? My manager doesn’t know anything, do I just tell my VP direct??

I couldn’t even ask my manager even if I wanted to - they’ve been cancelling meetings w/ me (or not showing up, then promising to reschedule then not doing it) and then myself and a colleague noticed yesterday that they had cancelled/removed a pre-booked visit to our city (in our calendars, booked two months ago) planned for just after the layoff date, quietly from our team calendars.
It was just gone, no notification of cancellation, and I found the original request in my deleted items to confirm I wasn’t going crazy.

I think I’m a goner, I’d be a cheap layoff as I wouldn’t be eligible for a payout due to local employment laws (employment time)

Ask your manager if the list out yet.

Also poke around if you find managers open access calendar and see if they have LR invite.

IT folks sure have an early access as they install monitoring software few days before folks getting informed.

It’s going to be very uncomfortable and ugly next couple weeks. Brace yourself for an impact.

I honestly don’t think full lists are out yet BUT do think front line managers and directors will hear things this week. ELT said managers whose teams have any impact will get invites to “LR training” for early September. They’d have to be alerting those people and getting the invites on their calendar for “LR training” if those trainings are supposed to happen next week. So even if they don’t have names yet, they’d have an indication if there’s going to be an impact on their team.

List is already done, notified next month and 350 already notified last week

What are you coming on this page for? Just check the calendar right?

What part of September 16th is still unclear? Check your calendar on September 15th and if you see a 1:1, the list is out and you are on the list.

A list has to be in existence somewhere but what stage it is who knows. Generally a leader is given a HC or $ Target to reduce. Likely manager impacts as reward/bonus system access and inputs need to be accounted. This is strange times however as what areas impacted are harder to guess. Simplification and efficiencies oft spoken seem to indicate reduction of overlays so likely sales. MM spent $Ms in Cust Success so may be an area. There was no mention of exiting business so who knows what BU impact may be. High cost areas are likely in target. This dead man walking time is hard as no one seems able to make plans because of lack of visibility.

The layoff list needs to go up the chain of command and get reviewed by legal so it is a process that takes time.

Legal can make last minute changes so it is not official until notice is given. Thus you will never be told in advance that you are getting laid off but may be told in advance that you are not.

I think leaders will be given a number to cut… they will have to figure that out before the 16th. I think that’s the process but not sure.

Are folks getting any reassurances from top they are safe? If so, this means some lists are indeed finalized.

Using your brain, lists will not come on 16th.
