- Come to work each day (at a go-forward site or from home)
- Work hard and smart for your clients and teammates
- Be a positive and constructive force
- Recognize ofs (and ofd) are no more, and be flexible to accept change, not blindly but based on the truth that the new Fiserv is a $15B Fortune 200 company with intense competition from both industry stalwarts and disrupters that require GREATER PERFORMANCE from all
- If you can deliver on the above then you will do well, if you can’t or won’t then yes, time to move on…

HR and Brands. Stop hiding behind anonymous names if you feel that strongly. But also, thank you for giving this forum credence.
Now - for everyone upset with Fiserv, post these comments on Glassdoor. Frank cares way more about that platform.
- Frank blew huge wads of money on UK "Back2Business" nonsense and then had the nerve to stall the full 401K match until next year. He also transitioned the mutual funds to "collective trusts" which sound like a pretty big scam; no SEC regulation whatsoever. I suppose the next step will be to move away from Vanguard's funds altogether, over to some random no-name investment firm that will help you bilk the employees even more.
- Facebook and Twitter are allowing WFH forever. Apple is forcing people back in because they just built a multi-million dollar campus. Fiserv buildings are embarrassing in comparison: virtually no air filtering and the buildings are literally falling apart because you fired all of our long-time janitorial staff and replaced them with some third party company. Nobody likes working in your crummy buildings. And on top of that, you installed a jillion cameras everywhere because you care more about monitoring than actual employee comfort.
- Cost of healthcare decreased because HR was trying to repair their reputation by shifting cost around and a "hero" to half the workforce. Pretty sad you had to resort to that. Why not actually make the company decent and be a REAL hero instead of taking the easy way out?
Frank is bringing back the 401K match and Frank gave merit increases to those that deserved them. Every major company is bringing office workers back, not sure why everyone thinks this is just a Fiserv thing. Cost of Healthcare decreased for many employees this year and we gave a bonus to those who saw an increase. All-Hands meetings are optional, if you don't care about the trajectory of the company use the time to interview somewhere else
It IS simple:
- Give back the 401k sharing that FB took from us
- Give us the merit increases we deserve for working so hard in a Pandemic
- Stop the cancellation of WFH
- Stop increasing the cost of healthcare to boost the share price
- Stop with the god-awful all hands meetings with FB rambling on
- Stop with the Agile stuff - you guys arent software dev people
OFD bringin the heat today !!! Stop being so soft OFS
Listen up HR:
- Stop replying to your own posts with phony nonsense.
- Stop buying fake Fortune awards and rubbing it in our faces.
- Stop enlisting your own associates to push Clover.
- Stop paying NASCAR big fat chunks of money to advertise products.
- Stop tampering with our 401K.
- Stop funneling tons of money into affirmative action programs.
- Stop hiring "Enterprise Agile Coaches" to push outdated methodologies.
Exceptional! Thank you this is correct for all no matter which ‘O’ you were from. Two years since the merger time to get our heads and hearts in the game and come together. The world has enough division we don’t need it here!
If ofs and ofd are no more, why is it still used by the management teams and why are each group treated differently internally?
Very well said !!!!
