Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Anybody know how to initiate a vote of no confidence for our CEO? Asking for a friend... ;-)

Just looked at the Stock Together Distribution into on my fidelity account... looks like the payout is going to be about 77% of the initial grant value... and that after another year of STI below target... I've been here long enough to remember when STI used to regularly payout at 200%... Time for a leadership change.

Remember the first one gets most of the taxes... The others should be more

The old wireless calculations were different than the old wireline calculations, reflected as a % of target vs budget. So there were awards over 150% prior to 2008 in Wireless. I think the highest payout since then was right around 110%, and if memory serves correctly, it was the old VSO group. This group vanished within 2 years and has been resurrected as VGS. Nothing ever really changes, just get shuffled around and renamed.

@1dyr+1lrpCP1u @1lqm+1lrpCP1u I have communication sheets from 2006 and 2007 where my payout was 2x target.

Agree, STI has never been 200%, however it has been up to 150%. And churn was always under 1%.
