If Citi is struggling to generate net profit as it would like to, then why have two heads and designate it as co heads.
This doesn’t add any value to shareholders considering the compensation package of co heads I made way higher compared to rank n file employees.Board of directors seemed to be loosing track too at this point
@1lux+1qjU2MO5 - that was a few weeks ago and they moved all of those folks back under Shadman again. Go check global directory or workday. It's not like he has no directs anymore.
Citi is a web of secrets. Never seen a large company with such lack of transparency. A company is its people and how will Citi be successful when there is no communication and no transparency. Citi should tell employess clearly who is gone and who is not. Shadman was a figurine more than a leader. He seemed nice but too far removed from day to day operations.
All this is speculation. OP asked a question but implied that Shadman is gone which caused confusion and speculation in subsequent posts. Personally I do not see why Shadman will be let go. That would look worse for the company than when Stuart left.
Shadman being gone is how I interpreted it, then someone said, no not Shadman.
But there could be only one, and if they wanted Shadman to be the one, that would have happened when Stuart left. Why replace him then can the replacement? So Shadman being cut makes perfect sense. ( plus he’s insufferable)

Yup, to the original poster… Shadman got canned. After Stuart left for HSBC & they replaced him with Jonathan, they quietly moved ppl from Shadman to Jonathan. I expect announcement to come in Jan
You mean Stuart? That’s who was Co with Shadman, he left some months back to go to HSBC. The guy that replaced Stuart?
