Farley will be around until at least October. He is a symptom. The real disease is Billy and the rest of the Ford clan. Until that is fixed, I don't know how much hope there is.

I think if you watch the stock price, you will have an idea. Today it closed at 12.81. The previous 5 year low was 4.83 @ March 1 2020 and Farley started on Oct 1, 2020. I think the writing is on the wall, but unfortunately, I dont think he's going anywhere this year. But remember when we prayed for Hackett to leave? They replaced 1 tool with another, so the next question becomes "who's next up to bat?" Some VP at Spirit Air? A marketing guy from Pilsbury? A captain from Carnival cruise lines?
C suite is well aware of audience plants.

I use to copy the chat text and digest it post TH. Then they changed the copy function, essentially blocking it. Now all of that information is gone.
JF lost the confidence of the workforce long ago. Ford maybe beyond fixing.
