We should definitely fix CX, but Liz is not the right person for the job!!

Liz failed as CSO, her AI strategy? Outshift ? Failed as GM of Compute All failures and businesses that declined

No experience in CX or sales how can she be successful in this org??I feel this is one more failed Cisco and Chuck move, he should have brought in someone external with tech and customer background

Not just Liz, the senior managers need to be changed, they can't strategize and can't execute. Chuck needs to show his leadership skills

Not only Liz is a useless leader for CX but also all the engineering Directors and Mangers are dump, useless mo--ns with neither business knowledge nor the technical. They only know to play politics. Still time for Cisco to fire and kick out useless engineering managers and directors to save Cisco. Some groups and work happening in CX is redundant and no ROI, knowing the fact and truth these engineering directors never raised the concern. The whole game bursted when Elissa exhumed and started asking questions to ELT
