Unfortunately, I have neither the time nor the energy for a side job. I am one of those who do work for two or even three people here. But someone mentioned it, and now I'm interested in what percentage of employees here have a side gig? Any idea?

@1ndd+1i0JWWK4, as long as you inform your manager, and he approves it in writing and no conflict of interest you should be golden. They can't force you not to have other source of income. That is illegal.
If you start side gig, make sure to not tell any of your colleagues. Even your close colleague. People are jealous and they can report to HR. I have been doing side job since 2018.
Do what everyone else is doing - Work your side hustle during normal hours, but still show up. Just let the one's willing to do the work for two or three people cover you.
