Certain blue technology leaders want this integration to fail and be able to point the finger at green. That is obvious by the amount of “help” their teams have been in integrating these systems. It’s not about the client or the best technology or firm goals. It’s about being threatened by green technology & leadership and protecting their turf. This summer should be interesting when some hard decisions will need to get made. Good luck to all.

TOS should be just renamed POS. Green POS.
This is the green that was let go. I was told they are down sizing. Oooos. Sorry. Wrong area again. I am green from Les Schwab. We merged with Firestone. Green is from the Firestone side. Because the tires are green.

I love these posts from Green mo--ns. Leave already. Annual bonus was paid out on March 4th. Golly, the 1st bonus advance was paid last Friday. You got either the $2000 or $1000. What other excuses do you have? Leaving right after CD1??? LOL.

It could be incompetence as @1neh+1gB8qbda but it felt like something worse: apathy, if not a passive-aggressive attempt to scuttle ThinkOrSwim (TOS) & ThinkPipes. My green side job was difficult before the acquisition, and after it became impossible. As the OP suggests, I didn't get a lot of help from the blue side other than checking off some boxes: Oh we've done X for you, now good luck. In fact, to the contrary, it felt like every time I thought the job couldn't get any harder some Schwabbie said, "Hold my beer!" I will miss the TOS family and wish the combined entity good luck; you still have my trading account, after all. :-)
From the above I'm guessing you're on the Green side. Let me just say I suspect you are mistaking incompetence for sabotage.
