Certain units only fire now, not more packages. Wake up.
@1nnr, you are 100% correct and I am proof of that statement. In my long career with the company I never had a BE and then as soon as the bank started firing employees with BE ranking I was ranked such. It took 2 bogus and I mean real bogus BE ranking for me to get the separation package. Even though I put out more work than my entire department. Good luck to the id--ts who don't believe that these ranking have weight in your getting fired if you fall BE.
I was fired last January and never, ever had a BE even in an individual category. And most of the time I had at least one category that exceeded. Same goes for 2 others in my group who were fired at the same time and my supervisor who was fired 2 years ago. In fact, the last person I knew who had BE's was gone in 2015.
@1nnr, you are wrong with that comment, they have much to do with firing of employees.

@1nnr+1ehl3D1R - as a manager I fully disagree. Reviews are play a very big part and if you get a below expectations twice in a row , your name goes to them and you’re on their chopping list
