Former employee here (left as G8 at Intel) who jumped to "another semi company" some years ago and I can't tell you the immense satisfaction to see INTC stock get crushed while my RSUs skyrocket. Every big company is going to have its politics, but the level at INTC was something else lol.
Yeah there are still some good people left at the company due to no fault of their own and locked by location, but the vast majority of senior level people at that company are some the most conniving pieces of sh1t I have ever encountered in my career. I know they're just milking it til retirement while poor newbies don't know what they've gotten themselves into.
