First of all, I'm fully vaccinated with 2 shots of Pfizer. I took the plunge with Covid vaccines without 100% trust (50% maybe).
I understand that HON has business reason/justification to enforce the vaccine mandate. I totally support that.
But I also understand that several of my coworkers have their personal reasons for not taking the shots. I know for a fact that they are all talented and hard working people, and they deserve the respect for their personal choices. I don't buy those bs arguments about "selffish unvaccinated" or whatever, so stop before you start that bullsh*t argument.
If Honeywell has any soul or heart at all like they always claim about themselves, they should either let unvaccinated employees go WITH normal severance package, or approve their exemption requests.
Doing anything opposite to those 2 options, they would totally lose my trust/belief in them as a good and honest leader. And ultimately HON would prove to me once and for all that they are an immoral company despite whatever good they say about themselves.
