I'm at home working hard in a quiet environment instead of wasting time driving back and forth to work, dealing with constant noise, interruptions, and useless meetings.
Why would I want to attend another meeting in which we're told that there is no plan for an ESPP, but we are free to buy Dell stock on our own if we want to benefit from the high stock price?

He and Billy just made fun of a guy for asking about an Employee Stock Purchasing program. And he basically said the stock price was more important than employees’ financial stability.
