Both of these pad the pockets of the business. I see no difference in the two. Both are dishonest and negatively affect the client/employee. People should take note of this

Layoffs haven't produced reduced costs or higher profits so...
There needs to be a great awakening that occurs for corporate America, and Luigi is the one that’s ringing the alarm bell.
Let this be the start.
It is still based upon greed and placing greater profits over people.

How are layoffs dishonest? At least they provide severance. A medical claim denial can ki-l you or put you in a serious financial bind at a moment notice.
