Can anyone tell me what happens if you don’t meet the 3 day in office requirement? Do you get fired or laid off?

This board is corrupted with lazy people who simply don’t want to follow the policies. What will happen to someone who doesn’t want to follow other policies such as infosec and other data protection policies? You expect EC to come and beg you to be careful? Conversation here should be about the no cause layoffs that has become a regular occurrence these days
The “Toxic employees” are the EC.
Good to see that Robin is sticking to his g-ns.
Employees who will not work need to be terminated ASAP.
You cannot allow toxic employees to steal pay even as they shirk work.
@3ypc+1smAAAFk - yeah im sure thats the reason. Clown
1smAAAFk, you’re part of the EC, aren’t you? ep is that you?
Absolutely untrue.
Honestly it’s been a good thing. People spent their days gaming the system and the Bank gathered the data. Were going to have a smaller workforce with much more talented and productive people.
Fired with cause.
@1pvu, most location are closed because of racism. Too male and too pale...
If people went in like they were supposed to and mgrs actually enforced it , this place wouldn't be closing locations who showed the most resistance. You all sc--wed everyone else going in like they were supposed too and made everyone else get babysat
Fired, get back to the office to save the city and commercial real estate holders slave boy.
The best way of understanding this is to realize that noncompliance to RTO requirements is choosing to quit your job. As such, there is no package.
Fired you’ll get unemployment only that’s all.
Nobody is laid off. That implies you will be hired back when the plant starts up again. Either way, if your company tells you you're no longer employed, file for unemployment.
Fired. No doubt about this question. Have teammates that were fired for refusing to go back.
Separation is the word being used - either way RTO not being met means you are fooked (although not sure this applies in the favored locations like Wroclaw or Pune etc.)
Definitely fired for cause. No termination benefits
Fired . There was a purge of the nonncompliant in February. However that was based on non compliant for all of 2023
