How is management going to pivot when they realize the majority of employees aren't going back to the office?
Do they threaten disciplinary action?
Do they backpedal?
Do they whine like the board troll?
My money is on threatening discipline, then backpedaling when they realize it doesn't have the power they thought it does. They can't fire half the bank and claim it's more efficient, it's already less efficient without meeting their staff reduction targets.
